Andrea Davis went to school to learn how to make cheese, but eventually learned about the dairy industry horrors of separating mothers from their children and other forms of animal exploitation. A few years later, she gave up cheese making and turned her farm into a full scale sanctuary. Now she is the proud owner of "Broken Shovels" located just outside Denver, Colorado.
